Refund policy
We try to be generous with our return policy, but we are not Amazon. Small businesses can't absorb returns/exchanges the same way.
So here are our rules:
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item ships to return it.
- Email us at info@timpanogoshiking.com with your order number and any relevant information, including pictures and what items you would like to exchange them for. All exchanges, refunds, and other concerns will be dealt with through this email.
- If you receive anything from us damaged, defective or, the wrong item, we will take care of it at our expense. Just let us know: info@timpanogoshiking.com
- For exchanges, please let us know what size, color, etc. you want to replace the original item. We will ship the new item out free of charge, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
- For returning an item, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Refunds will be processed once the item has arrived.
- We cannot accept returns for final sale, clearance, or special-order items.
- We cannot accept returns that have been worn multiple times, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you are beyond the 14-day return period or have another issue with correcting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us at info@timpanogoshiking.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale, clearance, print-on-demand items, or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
